Bliss Tourism & Trading Service Company was founded in Da Nang in 2022 and is still run from there. The planners and the support team sit in the same building as each other — which is why a question about a booking reaches somebody who can actually do something about it.

Common questions
How do I book a tour?
Pick the tour you want and send us the dates on WhatsApp or by email. A person reads every request — we confirm availability, then send you a written itinerary and a price before anything is paid.
Do I pay online?
Your booking is confirmed and held. Our team will contact you within 24 hours with payment options — bank transfer, card machine on arrival, or cash at our Da Nang office.
What is the cancellation policy?
Free cancellation up to 7 days before travel. 50% within 7 days. No refund within 48 hours or after travel has begun.
Are the prices per person?
Yes. Every price shown is per adult, in US dollars, and covers the tour as described. Child prices are lower and depend on age — tell us how old they are and we will price it exactly.
Can you change a tour to suit us?
Yes, and most guests do. Every itinerary here can be lengthened, shortened, restyled or rebuilt around your dates. Tell us roughly what you want and we send back a costed, day-by-day plan.
Who actually runs the tours?
Bliss Tourism & Trading Service Company does. We are a licensed Vietnamese tour operator based in Da Nang. The same company that plans your trip runs it on the ground — we are not a booking agent passing you to someone else.
